Kailash, the director, and his wife Phanisa, both had their professional property education during the last three years by the educational arm, Making Money from Property, of Martin Roberts, who is the host of the BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer programme. During these three years, we have completed modules on Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO), Distressed Property, Serviced Accommodations (SA), Rent to Rent (R2R) and Commercial Property. Kailash and Phanisa also have a very successful mentor in the name of Sanjay Adatia who has more than a decade’s experience in the property industry, an expert in creating win-win situations; the creative property mentor is his nickname.

Kailash is a highly educated professional who has an MBA(specialised in finance) from the University of Leicester, a PGCE in teaching secondary level Mathematics from the University of Greenwich and a B.Sc(Hons) in Computer Science with Multimedia from the University of Mauritius, where he is originally from.
